Shipping Policy

Here is what you need to know concerning shipping:

  • Shipping Fees–All orders ship for free.

  • Order Processing– All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Shipping Confirmation– You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery– All orders are shipped USPS. Shipping delivery times vary and are set by USPS. Approximate delivery times are shown for each shipping option at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • International Shipping – We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

  • Order Status – Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You may use the provided tracking link to track your package delivery. If you do not receive your package within the delivery window for your shipping method, please email erin.holmes@hexenhaus.co.

Return policy

Due to the nature of these one-of-a-kind pieces our shop does not accept returns at this time.

We make every effort to clearly describe what you are buying, before completing your purchase. Here are some suggestions to ensure you are satisfied with your new piece:

  • Read the quilt description details. Here you are provided a brief overview of each quilt's design and materials.

  • Carefully view the images on our website. A zoom function on each main photo will allow you to see the detail of the quilt more closely.
